Arbitration
Tressler has extensive experience representing parties in arbitration proceedings. Our attorneys have represented clients in arbitrations involving securities, commodities, employment, coverage and reinsurance issues. In addition to participation in court-annexed programs, attorneys at Tressler are also industry certified arbitrators. Members of the firm are panelists for the American Arbitration Association, various County Mandatory Arbitration Programs and a number of private and industry dispute resolution organizations.
Mediation
Tressler has successfully represented a substantial number of clients in various mediation settings, including formal as well as informal situations. Members of Tressler belong to the Chicago Future Association; Chicago Mercantile Exchange; Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Litigation
From administrative proceedings to appellate tribunals, members of the firm represent clients in litigated matters on a national, regional and local level. The firm's trial teams have successfully handled bench and jury trials for the our clients when other methods of resolution have been unsuccessful.
