Mary McPherson will be presenting "It's Not Just the Destination, It's the Journey: Navigating the California Claim Handling Highway in Good Faith" on Sept. 23, 2009.
This presentation will cover the Unfair Practices Act, the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Regulation and the erosion of the "Genuine Dispute Doctrine." Mary will also discuss recent bad faith decisions involving Claim Handling Issues.
