PRACTICE FOCUS
Hilary focuses her practice in the areas of commercial and general civil litigation, surety and fidelity bond claims, and insurance coverage. She appears in court regularly on behalf of clients ranging from closely held businesses to national insurance companies. Hilary frequently litigates at the national level and assists clients on issues ranging from pre-litigation counseling to preparing cases for trial.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining the firm, Hilary completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Kathleen M. Pantle in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Hilary is a contributor to Tressler’s monthly newsletter Commercial General Liability Dispatch. Her articles have included:
