The article, first published in Tressler's Specialty Lines Advisory, focuses on the Craft v. Philadelphia Indem. Ins. Co. case.

Tressler partner John M. O’Driscoll is a co-author for the “Local Government” chapter of the IDC 2014 Survey of Law. The survey, written by members of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel’s Amicus, Civil Practice, Commercial, Employment, Insurance, Local Government, Tort Law and Construction Committees, is a compendium of important decisions handed down over the past year. John also serves as Chair of IDC’s Local Government Law Committee.

Farid Allassouli with regard to the cooperation clause and how it relates to the duty to defend an insured that may not provide the insurer with information surrounding their claim.
