July 17, 2014 – (Chicago). Chicago Associate, Kathryn A. Formeller, recently authored an article titled “Professional Liability Insurer Wins the Estoppel Battle But Loses the Coverage ‘War’” discusses the Rosalind Franklin Univ. of Medicine and Science v. Lexington Ins. Co. case. The article was originally published in the May issue of Tressler’s Specialty Lines Advisory and was recently reprinted in AgentsofAmerica.org’s E&O Weekly Prevention publication.

July 1, 2014 – (Chicago, Bolingbrook and Park Ridge, IL). Government Law partner John O’Driscoll co-authored the “Local Government” chapter of the IDC 2013 Survey of Law. The survey, written by members of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel’s Amicus, Civil Practice, Commercial, Employment, Insurance, Local Government, Tort Law and Construction Committees, is a compendium of important decisions handed down over the past year. John also serves as Chair of IDC’s Local Government Law Committee.
