Jahanban, Anita Associate
Anita Jahanban is an associate in the Condominium & Common Interest Community Association, Insurance, and Litigation practices. She advises condominium association and common interest community association clients on their rights and obligations under applicable statutes, interpreting and applying their governing documents, and litigating association matters.
Anita also has experience with insurance coverage disputes involving commercial general liability insurance policies. She advises insurers regarding a broad range of insurance coverage and litigation matters involving state and federal law throughout the country. In addition, Anita has experience in all phases of litigation, including responding to discovery, filing and arguing motions and participating in settlement conferences.
Prior to joining Tressler, Anita was a litigation associate for a firm specializing in insurance defense. While in law school, Anita served as a law clerk for Tressler and the City of Chicago’s Law Department in the Employment Litigation Division.
