Practice Focus

Kristin Webb is senior counsel in Tressler's Labor & Employment Practice Group. She focuses her practice on defending employers and providing advice and counsel against claims, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract and privacy.


Professional Background

Kristin’s previous experience gives her a valuable perspective when supporting and advocating for employers and businesses. She joined Tressler with more than seven years of employment law practice on the Plaintiff’s side. As an attorney representing employees, she aggressively managed an independent caseload and built up extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts on a variety of employment claims.

Krisin is also active in the legal community. Kristin is a long-time member of the Executive Committee to the Orange County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section and is the 2022 Chair Elect and will be the Chair in 2023. Kristin is a sought-after speaker on employment law issues and taught Legal Writing as an Adjunct Professor at her alma mater, Santa Clara University, School of Law,

While she was a law student, Kristin served as a judicial extern to Federal District Court Judge, Hon. Troy L. Nunley, and to the California Supreme Court. She received the Law Faculty Scholarship and the Emery Merit Scholarship.
