Dean, Lindsey Associate
Practice FocusLindsey is an associate in the Insurance and Litigation practices. She focuses her practice on management liability coverage, including directors and officers and EPL coverage, and professional liability matters. Lindsey also has experience with bad faith litigation and insurance coverage disputes involving commercial general liability insurance policies and cyber insurance policies.
Professional BackgroundLindsey joined Tressler as a law clerk in 2012. As a law clerk, Lindsey assisted attorneys with research and analysis of procedural and substantive legal issues and the preparation of pleadings, motions and responsive briefs. Prior to joining Tressler, Lindsey was a law clerk at Anderson Kill Wood & Bender and a legal extern to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
As an associate at Tressler, Lindsey participated in a 6-month secundment program with a global insurance company. During her secundment, Lindsey worked with the management liability claims group at the insurance company, analyzing coverage and drafting coverage position letters for various claims handlers and managing claims under directors and officers liability and employment practices liability coverage parts.
