Practice Focus
Jocelyn M. Soriano is senior counsel at Tressler’s San Francisco office and brings 25 years of experience to the firm. Her trial practice has included managing litigation of mass and complex environmental and toxic tort cases, product and premise liability claims and construction claims. Jocelyn has also represented clients in employment class action claims, prior to and after, the class certification process in state and federal court. She has also defended clients in professional liability claims, contract disputes and real estate (habitability) disputes.
Over the course of her career, Jocelyn has defended and counseled clients on risk mitigation strategies, policies and procedures. She has conducted all phases of litigation, including jury trials, motion practice, discovery and evaluated and prepared liability and damage analysis in high-exposure cases, while working collaboratively with coordinated teams.
Deeply committed to diversity in the legal profession, Jocelyn has developed programs to promote and embrace diversity in the workplace. She is also committed to creating an environment where women can grow professionally, develop successful careers and flourish as leaders within the firm and in our communities.
Jocelyn enjoys the outdoors, where she spends her free time hiking and exploring trails throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. She is also a certified diver and enjoys traveling with her husband and family to warm tropical regions around the world.
