Judy Y. Chiang
Judy is a partner in Tressler's Labor and Employment Group in the Orange County office. Her practice areas include management-side labor and employment litigation defense involving discrimination, harassment and wage and hour claims. Judy also counsels employers in connection with a broad array of employee relations issues, including wage and hour, disability leave and harassment investigations. She prepares and reviews personnel policies, employee handbooks and other employment-related materials to ensure a compliant and effective employment platform. Judy is also very knowledgeable in handling workplace violence restraining orders and has represented several employers and attended numerous hearings statewide and prevailed in obtaining the restraining orders.
Durga M. Bharam
Durga is a partner based in the Chicago office of Tressler LLP. She concentrates her practice in commercial and employment litigation and consultation. Her emphasis is employment law where she provides both consultation and litigation services to corporate and insurance clients. Durga has more than 20 years of experience litigating cases ranging from business disputes to harassment and discrimination claims. In addition, she has more than 12 years experience providing counseling and training for employers relating to all aspects of employment, including hiring, discipline, discharge, discrimination, wage and hour, leaves of absence, severance and non-compete agreements. Durga has also assisted clients in drafting or revising employment contracts, employee handbooks, independent contractor agreements, covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements and separation agreements.
Ashley N. Pham
Ashley is an associate in Tressler’s Labor & Employment Practice Group in our Orange County, California office. Her practice area includes counseling and defending employers in all areas of labor and employment matters including discrimination, harassment and wage and hour claims.
Lindsay is an associate in Tressler’s Labor & Employment Practice Group in our Orange County, California office. Lindsay handles a wide range of employment and litigation matters and has a diverse legal background. As part of Tressler’s national employment team, she provides management-side labor and employment litigation defense to a broad range of clients. Lindsay also works with Tressler’s Insurance Practice Group. Her practice areas include insurance litigation, coverage analysis, claims handling and extracontractual liability, real estate law, construction, business transactions and general business counseling.
