Sarah K. Goldstein, a nationally recognized partner in Tressler’s Employment Litigation practice, has been elected Chair of the Labor and Employment Group.
Sarah represents organizations of all sizes in employment-related matters and advises companies on proactive compliance with employment laws. She is an experienced trial lawyer in both the Federal and California Superior Courts, with a focus on harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, whistleblower and wage and hour matters. Her election signifies the growth of the Labor and Employment Group, as Tressler continues to expand its national presence.
