Lindsay handles a wide range of employment and litigation matters and has a diverse legal background. As part of Tressler’s national employment team, she provides management-side labor and employment litigation defense to a broad range of clients. Lindsay also works with Tressler’s Insurance Practice Group. Her practice areas include insurance litigation, coverage analysis, claims handling and extracontractual liability, real estate law, construction, business transactions and general business counseling.

Prior to joining Tressler, Lindsay was an associate at an insurance defense firm where she assessed liability within personal injury and construction defect matters and determined risk transfer based on the contractual obligations of her clients. She also clerked at a civil litigation firm where she gained a wide range of experience and worked closely with clients regarding foreclosure defense, employment matters, ADA claims and various contract disputes.
