Joseph has extensive experience in and deep knowledge of civil litigation, collections and foreclosure defense. Prior to joining Tressler, Joseph worked for a national law firm representing banks and financial institutions in all aspects of collection and civil litigation. He has also represented debtors in foreclosure cases.
