Practice Focus

Natalie is an associate in the Insurance Services Practice Group in the Pittsburgh, PA office. She represents clients in complex coverage matters involving claims for defense and indemnification for third-party claims under Commercial General Liability, Directors and Officers, and Errors and Omissions policies, and for first-party recovery under Commercial Crime policies. Natalie is adept at performing coverage analyses. She supports and advises her clients from claim submission through resolution.

Natalie is a flexible, inquisitive and pragmatic litigator whose experience includes insurance coverage law, general commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, HOA law, residential real estate litigation, and criminal prosecution. She focuses on creative ways to efficiently resolve a dispute pre-litigation, but with both bench and jury trial experience, is prepared to fully litigate.

Natalie’s pro bono work has included representing low-income individuals facing the loss of their housing, assisting transgender individuals within Allegheny and Cambria counties with the legal name change process, and providing legal services on National Adoption Day.

Natalie tricks herself into being a runner by registering for races, including various 5Ks, the annual Richard S. Caliguiri Great Race and some of the shorter runs associated with the Pittsburgh Marathon. She loves concerts, attending live storytelling events, and traveling with her husband and three kids. Some of her favorite spots are Muir Woods (Mill Valley, CA), Upper Antelope Canyon (Navajo land east of Lechee, AZ), Giant’s Causeway (County Antrim, Northern Ireland), and Shark’s Cove (Haleiwa, HI).
