We are seeking a detail-orientated, well-organized, and energetic Legal Secretary to join our Irvine, California office. We are looking for someone with at least three years of legal secretarial/paralegal experience to fill this full-time position.
Qualifications and major responsibilities for this legal secretarial position include:
- Excellent typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to type and compose letters, pleadings, interrogatories, motions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform court filings and e-filings
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
