Daniel Schreck Joins Tressler’s Litigation Practice Group

Daniel focuses his practice on various litigation and insurance matters. He is committed to offering valuable legal advice and working hard to achieve positive results for his clients.

Prior to joining Tressler, Daniel worked at several prominent law firms where he represented insurance carriers in New York and New Jersey on matters related to no-fault insurance claims. He has extensive experience handling fraudulent claims, including fraud in policy procurement, staged or intentional accidents, and exaggerated claims. Daniel also assisted Special Investigation Units of insurance carriers in complex civil litigations against healthcare providers, attorneys, and others, alleging common law fraud and violations of the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act. Additionally, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Regina Caulfield in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Daniel earned his B.A. in English from Rutgers College and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Newark.
