An experienced litigator, Daniel handles all aspects of trial work and has taken complex jury and bench cases to verdict. He also represents clients in high-stakes arbitrations involving significant financial and business risks. His experience spans the full litigation process, including case evaluation, pleadings, written discovery, and depositions to expert engagement, motion practice, trials, and appeals. Known for his thoughtful advocacy, Daniel combines careful preparation with strategic judgment to effectively protect his clients’ interests.

Beyond his trial practice, Daniel has held significant leadership responsibilities within the legal profession. He has co-chaired a major litigation practice group and managed a regional office, overseeing attorney performance, profitability, and professional development. His leadership has been marked by a commitment to advancing client goals through strong advocacy, sound judgment, and strategic planning on complex legal and business issues. In addition to his litigation and management experience, Daniel has advised on matters involving drug development, engineering, automation, and manufacturing, offering clients both legal guidance and informed business insight at the highest level.
