David’s practice encompasses a broad range of insurance coverage matters, including commercial general liability, directors and officers (D&O) liability and employment practices liability.

David brings extensive experience in litigating, supervising, managing, and overseeing attorneys nationwide in both federal and state courts. David has over 20 years of experience representing insurance carriers. Prior to joining Tressler, he practiced at several law firms focused on counseling insurers in a wide range of matters. His work has included defending clients in complex insurance coverage disputes, representing insureds on behalf of insurance carriers and handling claims involving commercial, business and personal lines of coverage.

David earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
