Dominika Kozanecka Joins Tressler’s HOA and Condo Law Practice Group

Tressler is pleased to welcome Dominika Kozanecka as an associate attorney in our HOA/Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law Practice Group. Dominika concentrates her practice in representing condominium associations and common interest community associations in areas such as rule enforcement, interpretation of governing documents, review and negotiation of contracts, and collection of assessments. She advises condominium associations of their rights and responsibilities under Illinois law.

Dominika began working as a law clerk at Tressler in May 2023 during her first year of law school. She continued to work as a law clerk at Tressler throughout her time in law school, gaining experience in various legal areas while working primarily with the HOA and Condo Law Practice Group.

During law school, Dominika was a member and Articles Editor of the UIC Review of Intellectual Property Law. Dominika was also a technical grader for the Moot Court Executive Board and served as a teaching assistant for a legal writing class.

Dominika received her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law with cum laude honors and her B.A. with magna cum laude honors in Psychology and Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University.
