We are excited to welcome Ethan Mora as an associate attorney in Tressler’s Litigation Practice Group. Ethan concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability, insurance defense, and personal injury. His experience also includes corporate governance, corporate directors’ and officers’ liability, and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Tressler, Ethan represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial suits where he had the opportunity to assist with matters at all stages, from pre-suit discussions with clients to trial. Ethan particularly enjoys leading discussions with clients and negotiating settlement terms.

Ethan earned his B.A., cum laude, from Denison University, his M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago, and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was a member of the Loyola ABA Negotiation Team. He competed in the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition Regionals, advancing from the regional level in 2023 to the national competition in 2024. In 2024, he was named “Student of the Year” for the Negotiation, Moot Court, Mock Trial, and Mediation Teams. He is currently a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
