Edwardsville, IL, February 2, 2021 – We are proud to welcome Jennifer Dancy as senior counsel in our St. Louis Metro Area office. Jennifer defends clients in the areas of general defense litigation, personal injury, transportation, property damage, insurance coverage and employment law. Jenny has successfully litigated cases in several federal and appellate courts as well as in counties throughout Missouri and Texas. She handles all facets of litigation, from inception through trial, relying upon her vast courtroom, deposition, motion practice, discovery and appellate experience. Jenny has had many successful dispositive motions in both state and federal courts. She has also had favorable outcomes through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
