Linda Bondi Morrison Selected as Nominee for 2025 Orange County Executive Forum and Leadership Awards

The finalists will be named at an awards ceremony at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum in Orange County, California, on August 22, 2025.
Nominees for the 2025 Orange County Executive Forum and Leadership Awards are leaders in Orange County, California, who have achieved significant successes and accomplishments over the past 12 to 24 months. They consistently demonstrate strong leadership throughout their careers, making both short-term and long-term impacts on their organizations and/or the growth of their industries. Additionally, nominees are involved in community activities and hold board memberships that highlight their leadership beyond their organizations.
Linda is the Managing Partner of Tressler’s Orange County, California, office. She has been the secretary for the National Forum of Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI) board for over two decades. For the past two years, Linda has been selected to Law360’s Insurance Authority General Liability Editorial Advisory Board. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Linda is an active member of the Woodbridge Community Church, where she contributes her time as a Children’s Ministry Volunteer.
Throughout her career, Linda embraced leadership roles in various professional and charitable organizations. Her inspiring service includes contributing to the grants committee for the Western Division of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) and being a board member of Insuring the Children – an organization that funds child abuse prevention programs within the insurance industry – and sharing her knowledge as a mentor in the UC Irvine School of Law Mentorship Program.

Linda represents insurance companies in complex litigation and coverage matters involving general and professional liability, excess exposures, and extracontractual liability, including environmental and toxic torts, construction defects, and advertising/personal injury. She has extensive experience in matters involving complex insurance programs and the allocation and coverage challenges they present. Linda has represented clients as trial counsel in a number of significant, complex matters in California and across the country.
In addition to providing litigation counsel, Linda is regularly called on by insurance companies to assist with policy drafting and settlement or resolution of non-litigated matters involving complex questions of insurance coverage and liability. She has successfully handled mediations and arbitrations with multimillion-dollar exposures, procuring favorable settlements for her clients.
