About Linda Bondi Morrison

Linda Bondi Morrison is the Managing Partner of Tressler’s Orange County, California office. She represents insurance companies in complex litigation and coverage matters involving general and professional liability, excess exposures, and extracontractual liability, including environmental and toxic torts, construction defects, and advertising/personal injury. Linda has over 30 years of experience representing insurers in environmental and toxic tort matters in some of the largest and most complex cases nationwide. She has extensive experience in matters involving complex insurance programs and the allocation and coverage challenges they present. Linda has represented clients as trial counsel in a number of significant, complex matters in California and across the country. She was a member of the FETTI board for over two decades. Linda regularly speaks at national conferences and is an elected fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel.

About Michael J. DiSantis

Michael J. DiSantis serves as the Secretary of FETTI. Michael is a partner in the Insurance and Litigation Practice Groups and practices in Tressler’s Pittsburgh office, which he opened in 2016. Michael focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and insurance coverage litigation, assisting insurance companies in resolving complex disputes. He has represented insurance companies in litigated coverage and bad faith cases in federal and state courts throughout the country. Michael has experience in evaluating coverage in claims arising out of environmental risks, toxic torts, and asbestos, and has spoken about modern environmental impairment insurance at the FETTI Conference.
