We are pleased to announce that Myrna Van has been installed as President and Elvin Vu as Vice President of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California. The Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California (VABASC) is an association of attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students, providing a network for its members and affiliates with practice settings ranging from solo practices to large firms, corporations, legal services organizations, non-profit organizations, law schools, and governmental agencies. Congratulations to Myrna and Elvin on their new leadership roles in the organization.

Myrna Van is an associate in Tressler’s Labor and Employment Practice Group in our Orange County, California office. She concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation and employment matters. Myrna has experience representing clients in a variety of complex litigated matters, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defense, breach of contract, indemnity and contribution, personal injury, landlord and tenant, and real estate. Myrna Van was selected by Super Lawyers® as a Southern California Rising Star in Civil Litigation from 2020 through 2024. This prestigious recognition is given to no more than 2.5% of lawyers in the region every year.

Elvin Vu is an associate at Tressler’s Orange County, California office. He focuses his practice on all aspects of litigation matters, including discovery, trial, arbitration, and mediation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various matters all over California, including construction defect litigation, lemon law, toxic torts, wage and hour litigation, employment misclassification, and breach of contract.
