About  Michael R. Delhagen

Michael R. Delhagen is a professional liability insurance coverage attorney whose practice includes directors and officers liability, financial institutions professional indemnity, lawyers professional indemnity, general partnership liability and private equity fund and management liability insurance. Michael has worked as coverage and monitoring counsel for clients in the U.S., Bermuda, and London insurance markets for 28 years.

About Courtney E. Scott

Courtney E. Scott is a partner in Tressler’s New York office and Chair of the firm’s national Professional Liability Practice Group. Courtney serves as coverage and monitoring counsel to international and domestic insurers in connection with cyber and privacy liability risks, including assessing liability and coverage and counselling clients through breach investigations and the remediation process. Her practice also focuses on management liability and professional indemnity matters involving public and private companies. Courtney also regularly represents insurers in coverage litigation in state and federal courts.

About Kiera Fitzpatrick

Kiera Fitzpatrick is an associate in the insurance and employment practices at Tressler LLP. She represents her clients in State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. Her practice areas include employment litigation, insurance coverage litigation, professional and management liability, reinsurance, and personal injury. She represents insurers in litigation and non-litigation matters and advises insurers on complex insurance coverage issues. She is well-versed in drafting coverage letters, pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements. Kiera also represents her clients in depositions and mediations.
