Where are you from?
I grew up on the north side of Chicago. I have also lived in New York; I did my undergrad degree in Political Science at Queen’s College and have lived in Lakeview, Chicago since beginning law school.
What was your first job?
I was a seat vendor at Wrigley Field and U.S Cellular Field. I sold hot dogs, peanuts, water, Pepsi, hot chocolate and cracker jacks. I got to work at many exciting games including the Winter Classic and multiple playoff series.
Do you have any hidden talents and/or unique hobbies?
Since the pandemic started, I have picked up spinning. I try to do spin classes a few times a week! I also love comedy shows, traveling with my wife and walking my dog, Sansa!

Why did you decide to become an attorney?
As a son of an attorney, I saw the joy that my dad had when he would help resolve a conflict between two individuals. I wanted to feel that same satisfaction at my job every day.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
My day typically consists of reviewing Homeowner Associations Declarations, drafting letters and pleadings, legal research, answering emails and attending status hearings.
What do you like most about Tressler?
The culture that we have at Tressler is like no other I have ever experienced throughout my career. I have never been around such accessible and friendly attorneys who are willing to help with any question that I have.
What are you most proud of, professionally and/or personally?
I am proud of how far I have come professionally. Growing up, I had many teachers tell me I did not have the proper skills to make it through law school. My law degree and success in the field are proof that they were wrong. Looking back on all that I have overcome makes me feel proud of my hard work and perseverance.
