Tressler attorney Timothy M. Ravich will be presenting “Airport Law for Municipal Governments” at a webinar hosted by the International Municipal Lawyers Association (IMLA). Tim will be speaking alongside Jordan Christensen, Senior Program Officer at ACRP.

This CLE webinar provides municipal attorneys with a practical overview of airport law issues facing local governments that own or operate public-use airports. The program will cover core federal and state regulatory frameworks, including FAA grant assurances, compliance and enforcement trends, land-use compatibility, and risk-management considerations for both large and small airports. The webinar will also introduce the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP), highlighting how municipal lawyers can leverage ACRP reports and research to inform policy decisions, support airport operations, and address emerging legal and operational challenges. This session emphasizes real-world applications and best practices for major airports and local county airports.

About Timothy M. Ravich

Tim concentrates his practice in the areas of aviation, product, and general civil litigation. Recognized as one of only 50 lawyers qualified as a Board-Certified Expert in the area of aviation law, Tim specializes in transactional and regulatory matters related to the ownership, maintenance and utilization of aircraft, airports, and airspace.
