Todd S. Schenk to Present at DRI’s 2026 Insurance Bad Faith and Extra-Contractual Liability Seminar
Tressler attorney Todd S. Schenk will present at DRI’s 2026 Insurance Bad Faith and Extra-Contractual Liability Seminar, alongside Sharmili P. Das of Liberty Mutual, on June 4th in Louisville, Kentucky. Their presentation, titled “The Perfect Storm: Multiple Claimants, Limited Limits, and Bad Faith Exposure,” examines how recent case law and statutes have shaped approaches to confronting these thorny claims and settlement scenarios. Tressler attorneys Carter R. Frambes and William K. McVisk will also attend the seminar. Bill is an active DRI member, serving as one of the seminar organizers and as the Regional Director for the North Central Region.

Todd S. Schenk is a partner and member of Tressler’s Executive Committee. Todd is highly experienced in providing insurance coverage counseling and litigation representation to insurance companies. He is particularly skilled in handling third-party claims involving advertising injury and product liability, and first-party claims under residential and commercial property policies. Many of his cases require the defense of common law and statutory bad faith claims, which Todd litigates in venues around the country. He has also handled appeals in both state and federal courts around the country.

William “Bill” McVisk is a partner in Tressler’s Litigation Practice Group. Bill focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage litigation, hospital law, and medical liability.
