About Todd S. Schenk

Todd Schenk is highly experienced in providing insurance coverage counseling and litigation representation to insurance companies. He is particularly skilled in handling third party claims involving advertising injury and product liability, and first party claims under residential and commercial property policies. Many of his cases require the defense of common law and statutory bad faith claims, which Todd litigates in venues around the country. He has also handled appeals in both state and federal courts around the country.

About Anthony M. Tessitore

Anthony Tessitore is a Partner in the Insurance Services Practice Group. Anthony’s practice focuses on the handling of complex civil matters including a wide array of insurance defense and coverage disputes. He has represented various domestic and foreign insurers in both litigated and non-litigated matters and has appeared in both State and Federal Courts on behalf of his clients.

Anthony’s practice includes advising and representing clients across various business lines including with respect to: complex general liability matters, technology, cyber, and media related risks, environmental, toxic tort & health hazard claims, professional liability and malpractice matters, first party property losses, accident and health claims, aviation related disputes, employment practices liability, and intellectual property/coverage B claims. About Michael DiSantis

Michael DiSantis is a partner in the Insurance and Litigation practices. He focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and insurance coverage litigation, assisting insurance companies in resolving complex disputes. He has represented insurance companies in litigated coverage matters in federal and state courts throughout the country, including those involving advertising injury, personal injury, bodily injury and property damage. His experience encompasses coverage for environmental risks, toxic torts, asbestos, habitational risks, construction defects, consumer class actions, general coverage and allegations of bad faith. Michael also has experience in first-party property litigation and Section 1983 cases.
