Before beginning her legal career, Aggie served as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army, completing two combat tours in Iraq as an Arabic linguist in Ar Ramadi and Sadr City. Her military service instilled in her a strong commitment to discipline, leadership, and advocacy—qualities that continue to shape her approach to the practice of law.

Aggie began her legal career as an associate at a prominent law firm specializing in insurance coverage, where she represented and advocated for clients throughout all stages of insurance disputes, including pre-litigation matters, mediations, and litigation. Before returning to Tressler, she was a partner at a national law firm, where she further expanded her insurance knowledge to include property coverage litigation and analysis of claims involving travel insurance, e-commerce business insurance, and professional liability insurance.

In addition to her insurance coverage practice, Aggie has experience defending clients in vehicle collision matters, landlord-tenant disputes, construction defect litigation, and general liability actions involving property owners. She has also served as a project manager, leading teams of attorneys in data breach response and e-discovery operations. This diverse experience provides Aggie with a broad perspective and enables her to approach complex matters with both strategic insight and practical judgment.
