Cynthia is a partner and trial attorney in Tressler’s Los Angeles, California office. Cynthia brings almost 20 years of civil litigation experience with a specialization in general liability defense, ranging from slip and fall cases to wrongful death actions.
For the past 20 years, Cynthia has been practicing law as a litigator in the areas of general liability, personal injury, product liability, breach of warranty, breach of contract, and consumer fraud. Cynthia has held partnership roles at two of the most prominent minority-owned law firms in Los Angeles.
Throughout her career, Cynthia has represented various clients from individuals, and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, and public entities. She has experience with all aspects of litigation, including law and motion, discovery, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, trial, post-judgment litigation, and appeals. She has a high success rate winning motions for summary judgment, and has obtained favorable settlements through her aggressive litigation strategies.
