Kiera is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group at Tressler LLP, where she represents insurers in complex coverage and litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout New York, New Jersey, and across the country. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage analysis and disputes involving directors and officers liability, financial institutions, professional liability, management liability, employment practices liability, commercial general liability, and property insurance policies. She also handles employment-related litigation matters, including claims arising from alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Kiera regularly advises insurers on high-exposure and multifaceted coverage issues and represents clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters. She is experienced in drafting coverage position letters, pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery materials, and settlement agreements, and frequently advocates for clients in depositions, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings. Her practice is driven by a strategic, detail-oriented approach focused on achieving efficient and favorable outcomes for her clients.

Prior to joining Tressler, Kiera practiced as an associate at Fasulo Braverman & DiMaggio, LLP, where she handled both criminal defense matters in state and federal courts, as well as a broad range of civil litigation matters. During law school, she served as Executive Productions Editor for Pace Law Review, competed on national trial competition teams, and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. She also worked as a student advocate for the Pace Investor Rights Clinic, where her exceptional performance earned her the Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Clinical Student Award. In addition, Kiera completed a prestigious legal internship with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Vienna, Austria – gaining her valuable international legal experience.
