The session is titled,  “Arbitration: You Sure About That?”

About the Session

Arbitration agreements are a method by which employees waive their right to participate in class actions and forgo a trial, opting instead to resolve disputes through an arbitrator. This can be an economical tool, as class actions and courts can be costly. Of course, there are many pros and cons. For example, in employment arbitrations, the employer absorbs the costs of arbitration.

About Bicvan Brown

Bicvan is a partner in Tressler’s Irvine, California office and Chair of the firm’s national Employment Practice Group.
