Bicvan Brown to Speak at the OCBA Seminar: “Promises and Pitfalls with Return to Office Directives”

We are pleased to announce that Tressler attorney Bicvan Brown will be speaking as a panelist alongside Elite Employment Law APC attorney Samuel Nielson at tonight’s virtual OCBA Seminar titled, “OCBAR Insights: Promises and Pitfalls with Return to Office Directives.” After years of allowing remote and/or hybrid work, employers are increasingly mandating that every employee returns to the office full time. Amazon and JPMorgan Chase have perhaps the highest profile in taking this position. But they are not unique. Small employers, including law firms, are adopting this approach as well. Every employer pursuing this path of returning employees to the office full time faces promise—and potential peril.
This seminar addresses laws related to return to office directives and what to watch out for when considering/implementing them. It is for all attorneys, especially those who are employers themselves or who have corporate clients. We hope you can join us for this informative event.
