Elsa has 37 years of legal experience in various areas of law, including a longtime practice of defending insurance agents and brokers and handling coverage litigation. 

Elsa received her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as Hastings College of the Law), with cum laude honors, and her B.A. from Pomona College with cum laude honors.
