Elsa has 37 years of legal experience in various areas of law, including a longtime practice of defending insurance agents and brokers and handling coverage litigation.

Elsa has three wonderful adult children and a golden retriever grand-dog, who will present a new life challenge when her son, a naval officer, goes on deployment. In her free time, she enjoys visiting museums, singing in a choir, hiking, and reading period piece murder mysteries.
