Tressler is pleased to welcome Natalia Listwan as an associate attorney in the Litigation Practice Group in our Chicago, Illinois office. Natalia focuses her practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury, professional liability, and products liability matters.

“I’m excited to join Tressler and begin this next chapter of my legal career,” said Natalia Listwan. “I look forward to collaborating with the team and continuing to develop as an attorney.”

Before joining Tressler, Natalia practiced law at a well-known civil defense firm in New Mexico, where she focused primarily on defending medical malpractice claims and handling professional liability and other civil litigation matters. She previously clerked at the same firm for approximately a year and a half while attending the University of New Mexico School of Law. She also completed a summer clerkship with a district attorney’s office.

During law school, Natalia served as a teaching assistant for a Civil Procedure course and worked as a research assistant for a law professor, where she researched the constitutionality of race-conscious admissions policies.

Before pursuing her legal career, Natalia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and worked as a research coordinator.

Natalia received both her B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of New Mexico with honors.
