Practice Focus
Natalia Listwan is an associate attorney in Tressler’s Litigation Practice Group in our Chicago, IL office. Natalia focuses her practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury, professional liability, and products liability matters.
Before joining Tressler, Natalia practiced law at a well-known civil defense firm in New Mexico, where she focused primarily on defending medical malpractice claims and handling professional liability and other civil litigation matters. She previously clerked at the same firm for approximately a year and a half while attending the University of New Mexico School of Law. She also completed a summer clerkship with a district attorney’s office.
During law school, Natalia served as a teaching assistant for a Civil Procedure course and worked as a research assistant for a law professor, where she researched the constitutionality of race-conscious admissions policies.
Before pursuing her legal career, Natalia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and worked as a research coordinator.
Natalia loves exploring new places, staying active through Pilates and yoga, baking, doing puzzles, and, most importantly, spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, Kiwi and Peach.
