Don is Co-Chair of Tressler’s Aviation and Transportation Practice Group. Don concentrates his practice in aviation, product, professional, and premises liability litigation, and his practice also includes insurance coverage litigation. Don has an active casualty trial practice as well as an appellate practice for both liability and coverage matters. Don has achieved an AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence. Since 2019, Don has been selected for inclusion in the Illinois Super Lawyers® and selected as a 2019 Top Rated Lawyer by the National Law Journal. Jenny is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where she represents clients in aviation, product liability, complex civil litigation, premises liability, and insurance coverage matters. She works with insurers, corporate clients, and aviation industry stakeholders to navigate high-exposure disputes, manage risk, and develop practical strategies aligned with business objectives. Her aviation practice includes representing clients in commercial and general aviation matters involving alleged pesticide drift, flight instruction, airline negligence, and regulatory issues before the NTSB and FAA. She also advises on the unique risks associated with VA disability claims of military aviators seeking First- and Second-Class Medical Certificates. Licensed in Illinois, Missouri, and Texas, Jenny has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, including appellate courts. She is committed to helping clients resolve disputes efficiently, minimize exposure, and protect long-term business interests.
Jihoon is a partner in Tressler’s Labor and Employment, Transportation and Aviation, and Litigation Practice Groups in the Orange County and Los Angeles offices. He advises employers in management-side labor and employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. Having also established and managed corporate human resource departments, Jihoon has drafted and reviewed personnel policies, employee handbooks, and other employment-related materials, and has conducted investigations and counseled employers, in connection with a broad array of employee relations issues, including wage and hour, disability leave, and harassment. Jihoon’s defense litigation experience involves a wide range of matters, including the defense of wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage claims arising out of premises, aviation accidents, airport operations, motor vehicle accidents, and products liability.
