Practice Focus
Jenny is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice in the areas of aviation, product, complex civil litigation, and premise liability, as well as insurance coverage litigation. She has represented clients in commercial and general aviation matters, including issues of alleged pesticide drift, flight instruction, airline negligence, as well as matters involving the NTSB and FAA. Jenny has an active practice reviewing and advising as to the risks associated with VA disability claims of military aviators seeking First and Second Class Medical Certificates.
Jenny has extensive experience in insurance-related litigation, including bad-faith claims, subrogation, and contribution. She provides defense to insureds in complex or high-stakes cases, including class actions and severe injuries. Jenny is currently licensed and has litigated cases in Illinois, Missouri, and Texas along with various federal and appellate circuit courts across the country.
Prior to joining Tressler, Jenny worked at a well-known law firm in Dallas, Texas where she handled civil litigation and insurance defense matters. While in law school, Jenny worked at the Indiana Department of Insurance.
