Jenny is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where she represents clients in aviation, product liability, complex civil litigation, premises liability, and insurance coverage matters. She works with insurers, corporate clients, and aviation industry stakeholders to navigate high-exposure disputes, manage risk, and develop practical strategies aligned with business objectives. Her aviation practice includes representing clients in commercial and general aviation matters involving alleged pesticide drift, flight instruction, airline negligence, and regulatory issues before the NTSB and FAA. She also advises on the unique risks associated with VA disability claims of military aviators seeking First- and Second-Class Medical Certificates.

Jenny has significant experience handling insurance-related litigation, including bad-faith claims, suspected fraudulent claims, and coverage disputes. She regularly partners with clients in complex and high-stakes matters involving severe injuries, substantial damages, and class action exposure, providing both litigation defense and strategic coverage guidance. Her practice also includes inland marine, trucking, and storage-related claims, with experience addressing cargo loss, transportation liability, warehouse operations, and contractual risk transfer issues.

Licensed in Illinois, Missouri, and Texas, Jenny has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, including appellate courts. She is committed to helping clients resolve disputes efficiently, minimize exposure, and protect long-term business interests.

Prior to joining the firm, Jenny built a practice in North Texas centered on SIU matters and trucking litigation. She represented insurers and transportation industry clients in a wide range of disputes involving suspected fraudulent claims, coverage issues, and significant losses arising out of commercial trucking accidents. Her experience handling these matters sharpened her ability to assess risk early, coordinate with claims and investigative teams, and develop practical strategies aimed at efficient resolution and strong client outcomes. She also handled workers’ compensation claims across the state of Missouri.
